This Product Is First High Frequency Welded Around The Perimeter And Spines to Improve Quality and Give it That Clean and Neat Finish. The Folder/Cover Is Thereafter Stitched Around The Perimeter. On The Inside Of The Folder You Have A Transparent Pocket On Either Side.
